Feasibility studies

We generally recommend a low-cost feasibility study as the starting point for a new development. For a fee based on the scale of the project but generally between £5,000 and £10,000 we undertake the following:

1. Taking a brief from the client 

2. Reviewing all existing site information (where required we can instruct consultants on your behalf to obtain additional information)

3. Producing a draft design

4. Producing a draft costing

5. Producing a proposed programme of works

6. Reviewing the proposal with the client and making necessary edits

7. Producing sufficient drawn information for a pre-application conversation with planners (if necessary)
